All 3 and 4-year-olds qualify for 15 universal funded hours. Eligible working parents can access 30 hours for 3 and 4-year-olds, 15 hours from 9 months old, and 15 hours for eligible 2-year-olds. You can check your eligibility and apply at childcarechoices.gov.uk. We're happy to walk you through it at your tour.
Before your child starts, we offer a settling-in session so they can meet their Key Person and get comfortable. Most children settle surprisingly quickly; in many cases, one session is all it takes. We always keep you updated throughout the process and move at a pace that works for your family.
We're open Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 6:00pm, offering all-year-round places to suit families. We're closed on bank holidays. Ask us about availability for your preferred pattern at your tour.
All meals are freshly prepared on site every day by our own chef; breakfast, a hot lunch, and an afternoon snack. Menus rotate seasonally and we cater for all dietary requirements and allergies. Just let us know at enrolment and we'll make sure your child's needs are fully catered for. We are 5-Star Food Hygiene rated.

For babies: nappies, formula/expressed milk if not breastfed, any comfort items, and a change of clothes. For toddlers and preschoolers: a change of clothes, wellies (for outdoor play), and any comfort item. We provide all meals, snacks, sun cream in summer and waterproofs for Forest School. We'll send you a full list at enrolment.
